Hi, I’m Balerio Cruz. My journey in home building began in 2002 working with a custom home builder. I spent 16 years mastering a wide range of skills that help me tackle just about any project you can imagine. In 2018, I took that experience and launched Bale’s Home Maintenance, where I personally deliver craftsmanship and quality in every project.

 Based in Morganton, NC, I proudly serve homeowners throughout the region, bringing over 20 years of expertise, problem-solving, and design insight to every job.
